How do I return an item I don't want?
Items can be returned to any store within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with the invoice. More return details are listed on the Returns & Refunds page.

Customer support is available via phone on 800-74292 in the UAE. The team is available Saturday to Thursday from 10 am to 11 pm and Friday from 2 pm to 11 pm, including public holidays. A contact form is also available online.
Can I see my previous orders online?
Yes, all order history can be viewed online through the 'My Account' section. Simply sign in, click ‘View Orders’ and past purchases will be listed.
How can I track my order?
Sign in and go to “My Account,” then “Orders” to see your order status. You also get a tracking link by email after you order.
Can I track my order if I checked out as a guest?
Yes, check your confirmation email. It has all the tracking and order details.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within one hour by contacting customer service. After that, you cannot cancel, but you can return your items.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can order as a guest. Having an account makes checkout and tracking easier.
What should I do if I got the wrong size or colour?
You can report the problem with the website chatbot. Pick your order and explain what is wrong.
Can I make more than one return request?
Yes, you can send in more than one return request, but you must do each one separately.
