One of my proudest moments since joining the company has been the personal and professional growth I’ve experienced. Joining the company gave me more than just a job it gave me a fresh start and a sense of achievement I truly value.

If I could give one solid piece of advice to my younger self, it would be this start tracking every rupee you spend. It may sound simple, but the habit of noting down daily expenses can change everything. In my early years, I often wondered where all my money disappeared by the end of the month. I wasn't spending on anything extravagant just small, everyday purchases that added up silently. Had I started maintaining a basic spending journal or using a simple spreadsheet, I would’ve seen clear patterns those daily coffees, impulsive online buys or unplanned dinners. Being aware of spending habits early helps you make smarter choices. You begin to question whether you really need something or if it's just a passing desire. Saving money isn’t about depriving yourself it's about being intentional. Setting small savings goals, avoiding unnecessary EMIs and creating a budget even with a modest income could have helped me build a stronger foundation. So, to my younger self keep it simple. Write it down. Review it often. You'll be surprised how small efforts can grow into real savings over time and give you peace of mind in the long run.

I take extra care in verifying details like coupon validity, shipping policies and any exclusions. Accuracy is crucial because one wrong piece of information could mislead a user. But the real highlight for me is the final review and live publishing. Seeing a complete, well-organised brand page go live feels like completing a puzzle. Each element has a purpose and together they form something useful.
